Steve and his team were professional, friendly and did a fantastic job on our new roof. It was a big job and it was done quickly and they cleaned up after themselves well every day. Critical: Responsiveness
Can't comment on the quality of their work....I'd really love to. Sadly, after an initial inspection and the promise of a quote, nothing. No response to any text even one inviting an 'are you still interested' one. So, for dreadfully poor communication one star....well they did turn up, initially!

I contacted Steve just as lockdown was lifting via email with a gutter issue & I wanted some gutter trays to stop the rain splashing back onto to the brickwork when it rains heavy. He got back to me really quickly to arrange to come see my property. He was very helpful, polite & knows his stuff. He provided an online quote which was a reasonable price, he has today completed the work & it looks really good with the trays installed, the gutters have been refitted and adjusted to get a better flow to the downpipe. He took photos of the work done so you can see it from the roof line. I will Defo use
