Excellent service and fair price. Came across this shop by mistake a while back and although I've not had much done to my bike by them they have always been happy to help with honest advice. After the recent bleed on my brakes which was outstanding I can honestly say I don't think id take my bike anywhere else from now on.

I have recently moved to the area and dropped in to check out Roots after a quick internet search. The guys were unbelievably friendly and we had a long chat about local riding for all kinds of bikes and riders. They have gone absolutely out of their way to give us all sorts of helpful advice even though we did not buy anything that day. We left with a much clearer idea as to how to get into cycling in the neighbourhood and how to get the most out of a tight family budget. Glad to have found you - best service I ever received in a bike shop. Thank you - be back again soon!

What a joy to deal with. So friendly and welcoming and nothing was too much hassle for them. I found these guys purely by chance. But I'll be back, again and again. Can't recommend these guys high enough. We were staying at the near by Blairdrummond Caravan Park and my son knackered his mountain bikes derailleur. He doesn't understand the purpose of gears so the lads replaced the derailleur with a chain tensioner so he could keep enjoying his bike on holiday. Very professional and friendly. Certainly recommend
