Spoke to someone about a property for rent multiple times last week and was told each time that someone would be in touch with me to discuss particulars of the property and book viewing etc. Called again today to be told it's under offer and references are being done. No contact was made to myself by anyone after being told I would recieve a phone call. Massively dissappinted and annoyed at the service recieved.
