Best skip company i have used, had an issue with needing the skip removed last minute and I’m talking the same day i called, Xactskips were able to organise the skip removal the same day by squeezing me in, which saved my bacon big time. (Thanks to Chelsea).
Will use these guys every day of the week.

What a fantastic service I have never had a skip before so had no idea what size I needed the lady I spoke to went through the different options with me between what I told her and her knowledge we decided on a 12 yard skip when it arrived it was bigger than I expected but to the credit of the lady I spoke to it was the perfect size. The driver who came and dropped it off was really patient with me as I had to move my car and ask my neighbour to move there’s as access is tight but once the cars were moved he put it exactly where I wanted it. When they came to collect the skip the driver again

I hired a skip to do a house clear out, from the very start the service was amazing. The ladies I spoke to on the phone were very friendly and answered any questions I had (this being the first time I've ever hired a skip) the truck driver was also really helpful and lovely. When I asked about arrival times, he was there when expected, no waiting for him. If I need a skip again in the future, I will 100% be ordering from xact skips again. (Think I dealt with the Southam branch)

I ordered a skip with a different company before being recommend this one by a neighbor.
After being so disappointed with the previous company my expectation of Xact was already preconceived. To say I couldn't of been any more wrong is an understatement. I had a very helpful woman answer all of my questions, the skip was placed exactly where I needed it and was on-time for me to begin decluttering my home(hopefully I don't need a skip again anytime soon for this home)but if I would I would certainly use them again . I also appreciate the help lifting the cubboard Georg. Big thanks again 👍

We have used Xact Skips a number of times for our home renovations. They are always able to provide the right sized skip we needed at the time we wanted. Collection is always really quick too. The staff we speak to on the phones are always happy to help and advise when needed and the cost is always really reasonable. Highly recommend.

After using Xact Skips on a number of occasions, I now refuse to use another skip company. I have never had a single problem and the staff are alway so attentive, positive and helpful. I have recommended Xact Skips to numerous friends, who have all told me they were really pleased with their services too. :)

Very bad customer service, very rude woman, won't let you speak to the manager! Or won't let you explain! The skip is blocking our garage. Phoned last week for the skip to be collected they deny all knowledge of the call, been on our drive 3 weeks and they won't collect till next week! Do not use this company. I shall also put this on Face Book and CheckaTrade!

Recently had a skip from Xact skips in Napton. The young lady who answered the phone, was polite and well mannered. I have no idea what skip sizes are etc but she was happy to help and tried to give me the best advice she could over the phone. She did advice they were very busy at the moment and that they would get it to me as soon as possible which is understandable in this current situation. However I got it very quickly and they gave me a call to let me know. I would defiantly use them again.
