This online support area has been designed so our clients can access all forms of contact and support so AJR can attend to your support needs as quickly as possible.
Perfect for clients who don't wish to commit to a monthly support package, our remote support service offers a quick fix for day to day computer problems. As long as your computer can still get online, we should be able to fix your computer remotely within a matter of minutes. You can even book a time that's most convenient for you - daytime, evenings or even at the weekend!
If you are paying for a service we accept cash and cheque upon delivery of services or goods. We also have a credit and debit card reader and can accept credit and debit card payments either onsite or at out location. Clients who are part of our membership support service plans, dependent on your service level agreement get remote support sessions via our helpdesk included in their package.
