Couldn’t recommend more - Jeanette took the time to understand more about me, my wedding plans and what I wanted to look like on the day. She gave me opportunity to select and try on dresses but also gave me a steer as to the options available and what she thought would work well. I felt no pressure throughout to buy a dress and was just encouraged to enjoy the experience. The selection of dresses is world class, with both international and English designers. The space is really homely and they were great with respecting covid restrictions etc. I felt that I was in exceptionally safe hands throughout

I had such a lovely experience at Harrogate Wedding Lounge today. The boutique has a really cosy set up. Hayley was so welcoming and guided me through the dresses, helping me work out exactly what I like. I didn’t think I’d find the one on my first try but that was the case! Thank you for all of your help!

I bought my wedding dress from Harrogate Wedding Lounge for my wedding in September. Shopping with them was a lovely experience, the staff are very friendly and knowledge. Good variety of dress styles. The fitting went smoothly and they worked hard to get my dress just how I wanted it. Not detail was too small. Definitely recommend.

The team at Harrogate Wedding Lounge were incredible. After a stressful two years, including rearranging our wedding and moving countries (!!)- they could not have been more accommodating and helpful. I will be forever grateful to Hayley who understood what I wanted, but with her experience and knowledge guided me to a dress I would have never considered. I ended up with the most gorgeous dress that was tailored perfectly and made me feel incredible on my wedding day. Thank you all!!

Very disappointed, my daughter has had an appointment scheduled for over 5months only to be contacted today, to be told that they cannot fulfil the appointment due to attending a wedding fair on the same day. This in itself is not a massive problem as mistakes do happen and the wedding party are in the area for a few days. When my daughter called back to schedule the appointment for another day she was told quite rudely that the person she was asking for was with another bride. To be honest I would not have given one star other than to post this review, as Julia Roberts in Pretty Woman "Big mistake

Really amazing experience. I felt completely supported in my decision making throughout. Never felt self conscious. I especially appreciated being guided through the alterations that were possible to each gown during the fitting stage to help me understand how my actual dress would be able to fit my body compared to the sample.

Today I had my appointment with Flick at the Harrogate Wedding Lounge.
I’ve never known someone with such personal people and listening skills.
I was absolutely petrified going in, I didn’t know what to expect and I’m a naturally anxious person and lack confidence.
She made me feel comfortable and confident, something I haven’t felt for a long time. Listened to everything I was thinking and picked the perfect dress for me and I couldn’t be happier.
Thank you for everything you did I had the best day and experience.
