This guy is 5* all the way. I rang in a pickle and he was out the same day, the week before Christmas. You very quickly get a feel for people and clearly Ryan knows his business well.
Even more impressive was the fact he has the parts for my door on his van and had them fitted and working within the hour, having arrived when he said he would. I don't think my garage door was as good as he left it, as when it was new.
I thought the overall service superb and price was extremely fair.
I have no hesitation at recommending Ryan.

I don't usually volunteer to write a review, however on this occasion I felt it necessary to. As the experience and the service I received from Beacon Garage Doors was above and beyond any company I have received in many years. My automated garage door when I tried to open it fell off the rollers and would not open. I managed to force it open to remove my car. I then called Beacon Garage Doors and spoke to Ryan. Who then advised me that he would be over later that day. Unfortunately I was unable to meet him at my home. Ryan and his team assured me that they could carry out the work without me being

Ryan has just fitted 2 electric up and over doors for us...... we couldn’t be happier..... from the initial discussions to see what our options were, to fitting the doors has been seamless.
