Our success is based upon understanding the requirements of our clients and sustaining an extremely high level of professional performance from the Project Brief to the eventual Final Account.
David Millwood Surveyors Ltd has remained a traditionally based company in its coverage of Quantity Surveying Services. Our ability and specialism has remained focused on procuring building work using the MTC (Measured Term Contract) route. We take dimensions accurately from architect's drawings and provide values from a predetermined Schedule of Rates.
