CRWST began with hard working entrepreneurs, Osian and Catrin, they wanted to move back to West Wales to create a unique and relaxed food experience accessible to all.
Osian is a trained chef, he discovered his love for cooking at a young age whilst baking with his Mamgu in Blaenffos, West Wales. Simple, delicious treats would come from the kitchen, including the family favourite, 'Welshcakes Mamgu'. Team CRWST are passionate about providing a friendly and efficient service.

Absolute gem! Makes me so proud to be Welsh! The food ( all locally sourced where possible ) the service, the choice, the ambience. 100% nailed it on all fronts. Not cheap if you want quality locally sourced and produced food this place is it. You will not be disappointed with the quality. Staff were absolutely amazing. Made my day after leaving my fathers funeral, we didn't book as only driving past, they made a table available and were all super nice. I had chance to speak to the owner what a lovely guy! Trainee on the counter did great and thanks to our waitress for the advice about parking

Cakes and cobs were delicious. Good selection of hot drinks. Staff are friendly. We didn't manage to get a table so I'd recommend booking in advance.

The website allows you to select a dispatch date for items so I had selected one dispatch date for cookies/bread and a later dispatch date for brownies to celebrate a friend's birthday. Crwst is perhaps one of the best brunch/coffee shops I've ever been to. The staff were so friendly and professional, they all appeared to genuinely enjoy what they do. The building was spotless and really well presented. Now the food...my goodness it was incredible! The hash browns almost brought a tear to our eyes. The Rueben was something I'll be having dreams about and the black pudding with the scrambled eggs was the best I've ever had. 10/10. Please visit if you're in the area and make sure you book because it's popular for a reason.

Fantastic experience. Not the first time we have been here but due to Covid the first time we have gotten to sit inside. Dog friendly so a big plus. Staff really friendly. We hadn’t booked and they took the time to find out when they could fit us in and we came back. Great food, wonderful coffee and fantastic atmosphere. We’re going to come each time we come back to Cardigan.

One brunch this month wasn’t nearly enough!
I scarpered back to Crwst and indulged in more of their breakfast items.
We cluttered the table with a stunning Cooked Breakfast, where their heavily black pudding made a reappearance, consistently perfect Poach Eggs on Toast with crispy bacon and Breakfast Hash; a mixture of crispy potatoes, marinated peppers and tomatoes, crispy kale, sour cream, runny fried eggs...and, gosh, other breakfasty wonders. It was incredible!
So many sides of toast, because, well..it’s Crwst.
Local ingredients, extremely talented chefs, everything homemade, stunning
