I consulted with Daniel at the Wimbledon Village branch about a very difficult tenant who refused to leave my house at the end of the tenancy. Daniel has excellent attention to detail, was very professional, responsive and informative and gave me all the options on how to handle this.... especially important for me as I live overseas. I wouldn't hesitate in recommending Peacock & Co and would use them again for our next move. I was first introduced through a cold outreach to Aime who helped us with questions on our joint-freeholder's move, she was so helpful and make the process so stress free we got back in touch a few months later for our own move out of London. I started using this firm after they were recommended by a friend who has been a client of theirs for many years.
I have used their employment law person and a general corporate solicitor, both of which have provided a good service and been competent. Also they have respected that I did not want to drum up legal fees and did not do many of the sneaky tricks some solicitors do to massively increase the time a client uses.
They are not cheap, but the prices seem right for the proper capable people they use who seem to have proper knowledge and experience.
Being a smaller firm sometimes the receptionist
