New Hall Lodge Park was developed from scratch in 2006. It was a paddock for horses with the old barn being converted to house the office and wardens' accommodation. The Park has been developed and landscaped to provide a high quality lodge park. The Park is owned by Timothy Hay, who has used his knowledge from a successful career in the holiday park industry to create this exclusive Park.
His overriding principle is to make sure the Park operates on a personal and friendly basis ensuring customers have the best facilities and customer service. The Park is operated by Dovercourt Holiday Lodges Ltd, of which Mr Timothy Hay owns 100% of the shares and is the sole Director of the company.

The Cosalt Essence has a traditional lodge feel with its beautiful high vaulted pine ceilings and comes with a hot tub. This comfortable lodge offers an open plan lounge, diner, kitchen, 2 bedrooms, en-suite shower room and family bathroom. The Prestige Buckland is an attractive, contemporary lodge and this model was the last one to be sited on the Park, so is the newest lodge here.
With award winning beaches, a beautiful seafront, good shopping and excellent restaurants nearby New Hall Lodge Park has a great mix of activities and places to fill your leasure time. This area of Essex is ideally positioned for enjoying the coast and the counryside with the sandy seaside resorts of Frinton, Walton and Clacton nearby and a welath of gentle walking and the delights of nearby Constable country inland.
